Pilot version

Validate the process before full implementation

We review selected input data for one agreed process and compare the result with a success measure set in advance. The pilot includes a limited demonstration, not full integrations or production deployment.

If you proceed, we deduct the full pilot fee from the implementation price.

Prices are final; we are not VAT-registered. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, basic support, and an agreed AI usage allowance. We approve any usage above the allowance or third-party licences in advance. We confirm the exact scope before work begins.
